Arsenal & Denis Suarez
It’s been a bit of a rollercoaster for Arsenal in the January transfer window.
But will the Gunners close out the recruitment season by adding two new faces before February 1st?
On Tuesday the big news was that Arsenal’s attempts to sign Denis Suarez from Barcelona seemed to bear fruit.
While the deal has yet to be confirmed, widespread reports are that Suarez will join Arsenal on loan until the end of the season.

Yannick Carrasco vs Ivan Perisic
At the same time, Arsenal have been linked with two wingers this month.
The first is Belgian Yannick Carrasco, and the second is Croatian star Ivan Perisic.
On Wednesday morning the feeling is that Carrasco could be the option who Arsenal turn to.
Het Laatste Nieuws reporter Kristof Terreur has revealed the following set of updates.
Firstly, Carrasco and his family want to leave China.
Secondly, Carrasco’s club side Dalian Yifang “are open for a loan (move) with option”.
That would seem to line up perfectly for Arsenal, following Unai Emery’s comments earlier in the window that Arsenal can only sign players on loan this month.
But will the Carrasco deal actually happen? The one caveat posed by HLN is that “Dalian Yifang want guarantees over a replacement”.

Flipping to Ivan Perisic, the fear for the Croat is that he may now be stuck in limbo at the San Siro.
Sky Italia have reported that Inter Milan haven’t received any new offers for Perisic.
While Arsenal are still name-dropped as a possible suitor, the sense is that the 29-year-old may stay in Italy.
Sky Italia: No new offers for Perisic and the player could end up staying at Inter. #AFC still in the market for an attacking player with Carrasco an option.https://t.co/2bG3S7qrWL
