Hornets could swoop for the ex-Hull City loan star as his contract runs out next summer
Watford could move for ex-Hull City centre-back Andrea Ranocchia after it emerged Inter Milan are yet to offer him a new deal.
The 30-year-old is out of contract at the San Siro at the end of the season, when he will be able to walk away as a free agent.
Andrea Ranocchia celebrates scoring for Inter Milan at the end of last season.
And now TMW has suggested that Inter have not initiated contact with Rannochia’s representatives about extending his stay at the club.
That could come as a transfer boost for Watford, who have been linked with a move for the Italian in recent months.
And they could attempt to land a cut-price deal when the January transfer window opens or wait until the summer when they could snap him up for nothing.
