MUSC is a non-profit corporation overseen by a Board of Directors. The Board is the overall policy making group for MUSC; its primary responsibility is determining and maintaining the long range vision and direction of the Association. The Board is the current MUSC President and the five most recent Past Presidents.

The group responsible for the actual functioning of MUSC on an annual basis is the Executive Board. This elected group works throughout the year to ensure a successful program for all MUSC members. The Executive Board is THE decision making body of MUSC. 
All questions relating to the regular operation of MUSC are handled by the Executive Board. There are 12 positions on the Executive Board. The officers are elected at the winter general meeting for one year. (President, Exec Vice Pres, VP Venues, Secretary and Treasurer). Each division is represented by their president who is elected by the respective coaches. (Recreational, Travel, Premier). The recreational board has an additional position on the executive board to allow seasonal representation for several of the recreational programs, including the intramural Select. The previous president, the executive director and the director of soccer complete the committee.

The group responsible for the successful conduct of the annual program is the Executive Board.
