The former Travel Coaches Meetings have been replaced by monthly general club meetings.  The meetings are scheduled to take place the second Wednesday of every month at 8:00pm at either the Montgomery Township Building which is located at the corner of Stump Rd. and Horsham Rd. or Kiddie Academy which is located on Horsham Rd. between Upper State Rd. and Stump Rd.

All travel and premier teams are required to have a representative present at the monthly general meeting but it is open to all adult club members.

The meetings will be added to the online calendar at least a few weeks in advance and be announced via email distributed to all club members.
